Hereford Regional Medical Center offers 24 hour coverage in hospital by a Physician, for patients seeking emergency medical care.  This assures patients of prompt and efficient service. 

The Registered Nurses participate in taking ACLS, PALS, and TNCC, as well as, the physicians are ACLS certified.  HRMC is a designated Level IV Trauma Facility as designated by the Texas Department of Health.  We stabilize the patient to the best of our ability and if necessary, we will transfer to Amarillo or Lubbock, if a higher level of care is needed.  HRMC is equipped with a helipad to help facilitate the use of a helicopter from another facility in landing and transferring the patient, if needed.
